      Returns

      • For missing or unsatisfactory items, please contact us within 12 hours from the date of items delivered and a picture of the product, and we will work with you to make it right. We hope this guarantee allows you to shop with confidence in our quality, and in our commitment to serve you. However, please note that refunds are done at the discretion of Beef Market and all decisions made are final.
      • Products from Beef Market cannot be returned. However we will issue a refund or redeliver a new set of the same item if it is damaged or spoiled.* 
      • We do not refund or issue credit for items that were delivered in good condition but are not to your taste. 
      • There is strictly no refunds if you have past the recommended storage duration. 

      IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds and returns are only applicable to items purchased directly on this website. Purchases made via other channels other than ours will not be entertained. 

      Free Delivery 

      • Free delivery for above $55,  $10 surcharge applies for deliveries below $55.
      • Delivery takes place every Monday - Friday only
      • Additional $5 surcharge applies for delivery on weekends
      Additional charge destinations 
      • $6 surcharge applies for deliveries to these destinations (East Coast Park, West Coast Park, Labrador Park, Sembawang Park and Sentosa)

      Delivery Date & Timings

      • *Delivery dates that are chosen is subject to availability. If there are overwhelming of deliveries in the same day, our team will contact you to arrange another date with you.
      • Delivery timing varies from 12PM - 9PM
      • Delivery time slots are not guaranteed as we are unable to cater to specific slots.
      • During inclement weather, traffic congestion or any other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than usual. 
      • In case of any change in delivery details do contact us directly with your Order No. and request. Strictly on a case by case basis. A $5 fee applies for special request. 
      Failed delivery 
      • In case of failed delivery, do contact us to reschedule a delivery. A $10 fee applies. 

      Payments 

      • Only credit/debit card allowed
      • Strictly no cash on delivery.

      Cancellation/Refund and Returns

      • All sales are final. No cancellations allowed.
      • Returns are subjected to our review (i.e. damage upon delivery, wrong cut of meat delivered, etc). 
      • Customers are advised to examine all products at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies should be highlighted to the delivery personnel immediately.
